You set your own nightly rate. Plustay charges a small service fee no hidden costs. You always know exactly what you will earn.
Simply click “List Your Space,” fill in your property details, upload photos, and set your availability. You can publish your listing right away or save it as a draft to finish later.
Once a guest checks in and the booking is confirmed, your payout is automatically processed. Payments are sent securely through your chosen method (bank transfer, EcoCash, or USD wallet) within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s on the way.
Want more visibility? You can upgrade your listing to Featured by visiting your Host Dashboard and clicking on “Upgrade Listing.” Featured spaces appear at the top of searches and homepage sections. You’ll be guided through a small payment to activate this.
If a guest cancels or violates your hosting rules, you may qualify for a partial or full payout depending on your cancellation policy. You can request a payout review through your Host Dashboard or contact Plustay Support for special situations.

You can message guests anytime through your Plustay inbox. Once a booking is confirmed, you’ll also receive their contact number and email for coordination. All communication is stored for safety and clarity.
Plustayscurely collects payments from guests successfully checks in and completes their first night, we will release your earnings. Payouts are sent directly to your preferred method – bank transfer Ecocash, or USD wallet – within 24 to 48 hours after check-in. You can track your earnings and payout history from your Host Dashboard. Note: You do not need to handle any guest payments directly, we manage that for you.
If you need to cancel, go to your Host Dashboard → Bookings → and click “Cancel” next to the reservation. We recommend only cancelling when absolutely necessary. Frequent cancellations may affect your listing visibility or hosting status.
